Japanese classical literature

I like classical literature.

The Tale of Genji is famous, but the recommendation is Ise story in Japanese classical literature.

Ise is shorter than Genji and easy to read.

There is love, and there is the friendship, and there is the feeling of parent and child brothers.

Examine voice when I read very nice ancient writing. Beautiful than modern language.

I have to cherish examined with the Japanese classical. 

I want to apply it also to the lyrics of the original songs.

Mount Hiei

Hiei is one of the holy places of Japan. Located in the summit Enryakuji is the head temple of the Tendai sect. 
Transfer of the capital since the Heian-kyo, the mountain has been watching the town of Kyoto. I calm every time I look at the Mount Hiei. 
If you come to Kyoto, please view the Mount Hiei by all means.

Cherry-blossom season in Southern Hemisphere

Southern Hemisphere is about to welcome Cherry-blossom season.

In Australia or NZ, you can look at the Sean of cherry blossoms.

Japanese people often listen to "SAKURA song", the song about cherry blossoms when Cherry-blossom season comes.

So,I want to suggest to people ,

who can see cherry blossoms in Southern Hemisphere , that they will listen to cherry blossom music.

There are lots of songs about cherry blossoms in Japan.It is fun to research them.

Rice drips..

Rice came bearing fruit in Kyoto. 

Looking at the landscape and then relieved stiffness (^ ^) 

Japan has been the staple food rice.

 I often eat bread , pasta, noodle.

however for me,it's not tired to eat every day, it's still rice.

I love oranges and I love rice(^^).

"SAKURA":Japanese cherry blossom's song

Hello, I want to introduce my original song to a wide audience abroad. 

It is named “SAKURA kitanimau hanabira”. 

If I translate the title into English,  it is the cherry blossoms which are in bloom in Northern Japan. 

Its lyrics celebrate cherry blossoms of Northern Japan (Tohoku region). 

Because I was born from that area and my harts was wrung by the catastrophic earthquake in 2011. Affected areas had received a blow most things.

However, cherry blossoms had beautiful flowers bloom as usual when it comes to April. I felt from the cherry hometown unchanging. So, I wanted to entrust to the cherry blossoms the hope of the future.So I wanted to express the hope by singing cherry blossoms of Tohoku region. 

Lyrics play up cherry blossoms in that area, for example, Miharu, Nihonmatsu, Hanamiyama, Ohgawara, Sendai, Matsushima, Ishinomaki, Kinkasan, Kesennuma, Ohhunato, Kamaishi, Miyako. 

In these towns people can watch beautiful cherry blossoms. 

I play the guitar and sing this song. 

I wish that Listeners will think about cherry blossoms in Tohoku area.

Introduction : Hello,readers of Blogger.

Hello, this is Mikan Tomo. I live in Kyoto in Japan. 

“Mikan” means oranges in Japanese. I love oranges. 

“Tomo” means friends or wisdoms. I think these are important in the lefe. 

I hope that I’ll become a creative public-spirited person.
