Kyoto visit of His Majesty the Emperor

Late October, the Emperor and his wife visited Kyoto. 
They visited  Kamigamo shrine, Shimogamo shrine, but such as the Kyoto University research facility. 
And His Majesty attended the International College of Surgeons World General Assembly. 

Kyoto imperial palace

Kyoto has deep relationship with the imperial family. And, many of the citizens of Kyoto feels familiar to the imperial family.
Because the Imperial Palace has been there since more than a thousand years. Even now, there are many places related to the imperial family in Kyoto.

If you come to Kyoto, you can visit that kind of place. The places I recommend is, Kyoto Imperial Palace, Kamigamo Shrine,  Shimogamo shrine. 
Those are very nice!

Sakura in the mark of the duty-free

In recent years, a lot of tourists began to come to Japan from abroad. Therefore, in the Kyoto are increasing duty-free shop. Recently I often see the mark of the display of the duty-free shop. The photo below is it.

Mark, similar to the design of the Japanese flag, is decorated with cherry blossom petals.
Japanese love cherry blossoms!
So I sing the song of cherry blossom, too.

I thought it was a good eye-catching design.

Nuit Blanche in Kyoto

The Nuit Blanche has been held on October 1 in Kyoto from a few years ago. 
Art and music events will be held in several places in the city. 
This is a thriving events in Paris. Kyoto City and Paris is a relationship of sister cities, therefore, it began to be held. 

I have participated in one of these events. 
I appeared this year, too. 
I sang two songs while playing the guitar. 
I thought, Music is so fun!

The listener in Philippines

I imagine the Philippines of the listener. 
I've been delivering the original songs abroad. It is "SAKURA"(The song of cherry blossoms in Japan).

Kyoto as a city of coffee

Kyoto is also a city of coffee.
Coffee is a drunk well in Kyoto.
With respect to coffee consumption per capita, in the prefectural capital and government-designated cities in Japan, Kyoto is the top.
Also this city has some coffee shops, which boast a history of more than 50 years.
The photograph is a head office of "Inoda coffee". Founded is 1940.

I like the appearance of calm of this shop. And I even prefer the atmosphere of the store.
