University of the Arts and the School of Art in Japan

It might be surprising to you, but a lot of the University of the Arts and the College of Art in Japan, there is a College of Art and Design. 
Of in the number of students, the percentage of Arts and College of Art and Design is one of the world's leading. 
This was a surprise for me. It is because I imagined the "percentage of University students of art in Italy and France is much more than Japan."
