I play the acoustic guitar in the fingers and nails

I play the acoustic guitar in the fingers and nails. I do not use most of the pick . 
I am using a thin steel strings .

By playing with the fingers , I can make out the sound that I hope and

 my fingers will get very pleasant .

How do you play the acoustic guitar?
