Temperature display of Fahrenheit in Japan

Temperature display of Celsius is used in Japan. 
Opportunity to see the temperature display of Fahrenheit is little. But I met a temperature display of Fahrenheit in the Utsunomiya Station in Tochigi Prefecture on February 13. 

From this station a lot of foreign travelers often go International tourist city, "Nikko ".
It seems a variety of attention to foreign tourists has been increasing gradually in Japan.
